About Me - Senior Product Designer (UX)

I help product teams make decisions that hold. I turn fragmented discovery into durable direction so teams ship faster, revisit fewer decisions, and stay aligned through execution.

The problem I solve is not lack of research or data. It is lack of synthesis ownership. Inputs exist, but no one connects them into inspectable decisions. As a result, decisions drift and rework shows up during build instead of discovery.

How I Work

I own the layer between "inputs exist" and "decisions hold." I synthesize research, technical constraints, and business goals into decision frameworks teams can execute against.

I surface edge cases early, make tradeoffs explicit, and translate design intent into structures that survive implementation. Depending on the need, I deliver high-fidelity design, lead complex discovery, or establish frameworks teams continue using after I leave.

Background

I have 14+ years across gaming platforms, operational services, and complex B2B systems, from platform redesigns to system-level operational frameworks.

I started in front-end development and agency work, learning to move fast without breaking structure. That foundation shaped my focus on strategic UX: research, synthesis, and decision-locking, where teams either compound value or quietly lose it.
